We will release a new version of the ImageMagick RPM's within a week. However, in the mean-time you can try using an rpm option to ignore dependancies.

We have not seen the exception you posted before so we're clueless what the problem is. You could always just download the source distribution and unpack and type

• ./configure --enable-delegate-build --enable-shared --disable-static \
  --with-modules --with-quantum-depth=16 --enable-ltdl-convenience \
  --enable-libtool-verbose --with-fpx
  make
  make install
